Shipping Information

At L'Maura, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): £5 (Free on orders over £25)

International Shipping

  We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

  Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Order Tracking

  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
  

Missing or Lost Packages

• 
  If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at lmaura.et.al@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

At L'Maura, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works:

Returns

  You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• 
  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags still attached.
  
• 
  For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalised items.
  

How to Return

   Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at lmaura.et.el@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
   
2. 
   Return Shipping: We’ll send you a return label. You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
   
3. 
   Pack It Up: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
   

Refunds

  Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  
• 
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  
• 
  Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

Exchanges

• 
  If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
  
• 
  We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lmaura.et.al@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.
